today had ncc training . maam aisyah wasnt there , and only a FEW cadets attend this freakin training ! errr... tried to practice the combat but it was a total DISASTER ! so we learn how to fight using rifles and hajar taught us some techniques to fight coz she's in silat . so hajar use me as an example and teach me how to "body slam" my partner (fitriyani) wen hajar slam me to the ground(show me the wrong method) i swear its fucking pain . my backbone feels like cracking . wen i tried to do it at fitriyani , i swear my hand feels like breaking into two ! ferstly my backbone is out of control , its fuckin pain , but i ENDURE , secondly i'm nt strong enough to carry her and balance my self with one hand and one leg . i juz dunt think its a good idea . coz nw my whole body is aching ESPECIALLY my bckbone ! its very heart breaking to tell more abt todaay training coz its sucha disaster !!!!!!
